A. Yes, we have not seen some of our properties and it is your responsibility to make sure this particular property suits your needs. We try to collect pictures of our listings, however do to volume not all properties have in person pictures.
Q. When do I get my deed to the property?
A. Once the full payment and closing documents are completed your deed will be recorded and assessed and you will receive finalized documents within 7 to 10 business days.

A. Questions on zoning, building restrictions, etc., can be answered by speaking with the local government agencies. Questions about the process and Alabama tax deeds can be directed to 205-235-1050.
