2004 Yamaha Bruin 350 4WD all-terrain vehicle being sold as law enforcement surplus. The ATV is equipped with a 348cc engine and four-wheel drive. It was previously used for law enforcement purposes and has been stored in a shed for several years. The ATV is being sold due to extended storage, unknown condition, and surplus status.
The ATV does not start or run, and no diagnostics, inspections, or repairs have been performed. The overall mechanical and operational condition is unknown. Due to its non-running status and prolonged storage, the ATV should be considered a repair project or parts unit. Potential issues may include, but are not limited to, the battery, fuel system, electrical components, or engine.
A clear title is available, and two (2) keys are included with the sale. Any law enforcement decals or agency markings will be removed prior to pickup. Mileage or hours are unknown. Tires, battery, and other components are of unknown condition. All photographs provided are considered part of the description.

Removal

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
