This auction is for a used American Signal Company CMS-T332 portable electronic message board. The unit is trailer-mounted for easy transport and is equipped with stabilizers, standards trailer-tow configuration, and the original display panel system. The unit was operational before being taken out of service, but has not been used in approx. 18 months.
Known Conditions:
- One set of display panels is not functioning. The remaining sections power on, but the defective panel set will need repair or replacement.
- Battery requires replacement.
- Rust present. Due to the coastal environment, there is visible rust on parts of the frame, hardware, and metal components (cosmetic and environmental wear consistent with age and location).

Thank you for your question. The entire bottom row is not out. The issue appears to be limited to the area where the visible damage is located. Based on what we know, it is likely one panel—possibly up to two—in that damaged section that are not functioning. Unfortunately, because the unit has not been used in quite some time, I cannot identify the exact panel(s) with certainty. The rest of the bottom row was functioning the last time the board was in service. 02/12/2026 10:25:26 AM

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
