Description

Engage your classroom or boardroom with the Ken-A-Vision X1000 Microprojector. This microprocessor allows you to present views of your live specimens directly on a wall or a projector screen. It features a powerful 150W lamp, producing enough light to project images of your slides in both dark or bright lighting conditions. The head can be tilted in vertical or horizontal planes and has a mirror to offer additional options for casting images. With 10x, 20x, and 43x color-coded objectives and an auxiliary 5x lens, you can achieve a variety of magnifications to suit your needs. By using the 43x objective and projecting images on a screen about 10' away, you will achieve an approximate magnification of 400x. The 10x eyepiece can be used to preview the slides. Both the eyepiece and the objectives are attached to the rotating nosepiece and provide you with parfocalled imaging, which means that once you have established an ideal focus using the eyepiece, you don't have to refocus your slides when you switch eyepieces. Also noteworthy is a strong and wide metal stage with rounded edges. It has two spring-loaded clips for securely clamping your slides in any position. Among other highlights are a revolving polarizing analyzer, a phosphate heat filter (for protecting your specimens), and a double condensing system. For stability and durability, the housing is made of aluminum alloy and has a wide and stable base.

Device is missing one optical lens (Has 6.5mm and 10mm). Bulb and fan turn on when power is switched on. Device is sold as-is-where-is and has not been tested other than to turn on the device.
