Removal

Item(s) are on the ground floor. LOADING DOCK IS ON THIS LEVEL. You need to push item(s) down the hall to loading dock. There is also an exit to ground level on this floor if you prefer that. Buyer load own truck. We recommend you bring a helper and any tools/dollies/etc you might need. This is a large building and you may have to move item(s) down some long hallways to the exit.

Buyers must pick up within 10 business days of auction close. After 10 business days, auctions may be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked.

IF YOU HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PICK UP FOR YOU, THEY MUST BRING:
1: copy of buyer's photo ID
2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)
3: signed or emailed note from buyer giving representative permission to pick up.
