All items are sold in unknown condition as is where is. Photos on this auction are of the acutal item(s) you will receive. Buyer must de-install and remove from buidling.

PLAN MUST PROVE THE PEOPLE OR COMPANY REMOVING THE UNIT FROM THE BUILDING ARE LICENSED AND CAPABLE OF DOING SO SAFELY. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELAY PICKUP UNTIL SELLER IS SATISFIED REMOVAL CAN BE DONE SAFELY.

There is a loading dock on ground level. Buyer must load own truck. We recommend you bring a helper and any tools/dollies/etc you might need. This is a large building and you may have to move item(s) down some long hallways to the exit.

All buyers must plan pick-ups with a dock height truck/trailer and bring ramps if needed. The loading dock is 40”. A low boy trailer set up will NOT be functional with heavier items.
Buyers should come prepared with the necessary tools, labor and loading materials to pick up all auction items and be prepared to move the auction items down long hallways and down an elevator. The Buyer must come with their own load assistance. Seller is not responsible for loading.
The front gate is locked. Buyers should enter the 13th street gate between the hospital and Arbor View apartments. Enter the gate on the Right and follow the OCP signs with Green arrow to the loading dock.
Please plan ahead and come fully prepared

1: copy of buyer's photo ID
2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)
