What was the original tax lien amount and when was it registered, is this the first and only tax lien on the property. Do i calculate interest at 0.25% from the date of the lien on the original amount if i was to buy and the property owner pays taxes in short time. Are there any other penalties in addition to tax lien as a part of this purchase. As of today what would be the total payout on this lien including current interest. This is highest superior tax lien, since it is the oldest one delinquent. You would pay all delinquent taxes once you file for the tax deed application after the redemption period ends.
