The Port of Houston is offering, to the winning bidder, a 2014 Iowa Mold Tooling 14,000 LBS Crane . Work on the hydraulics was recently done, however, the controls need to be replaced and a new set of cables are needed. The Iowa Mold Tooling 14,000 LBS Crane is sold "as is" with no warranty. The winning bidder would be required to make COMPLETE arrangements to load and transport the Iowa Mold Tooling 14,000 LBS Crane with their own manpower and equipment. If you are using a third party to handle this action, please ensure ALL of these requirements meet our needs and expectations. Please review the attached pictures for additional details. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
