This auction is for a lot of 81 Bradley Lennox Lockers, 52 Full length lockers & 29 half stacks. They have been used at our Lodge facility for the pas 12 years.
Dimensions for the lockers are 72" tall X 15" wide X 14 1/4" Deep.
Items offered for sale may contain additional defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may
inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only.

Item must be picked up at the Lodge Des Peres, 1050 Des Peres Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Must give 24 hours notice before items is picked up. Please bring multiple people and a large enough vehicle to haul items away. We can NOT provide help loading auction items.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal
REMOVAL: Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
