This auction is for a large lot of approximately 15 LCD projectors. Mostly Epson brand with one NEC projector as well. Items are all used and were all removed from service due to some kind of malfunction or performance problem. There are several different models included. Models known to be in the lot include: Epson: Powerlite 84, Powerlite 822+, Powerlite 95 and Powerlite 480 short throw projectors. The NEC projector is model ME423W. A Smart brand document camera is also included in the lot. No accessories, cords or remote controls are included in the auction. ***Please note: No remotes are included in this auction!*** All quantities and model information are estimates, actual number of each model may differ. All items in this auction are sold "as-is" and are not guaranteed to be in working or complete condition. Please see all pictures for the items in the auction. If you have questions about the items please be sure to ask any questions before bidding. Payment and pickup of all items is required within five business days after the auction ends. Please see below for more payment and item pick up details. Please see pictures for items included and condition. Most of these items were pulled from service due to a problem with their function or performance. All have been in storage for some time and have wear or damage. These items should be considered as for parts or repair. All quantities and conditions described in this listing are estimates. All items and parts in this lot are sold “as-is, where is.” There is no guarantee on condition or functions of any of these items. Please see pictures for the items in the auction. There is no guarantee that any of these items will be compatible with any other equipment. Sellers are not responsible for any errors in item listing or descriptions. We will NOT ship any item. (No Exceptions) NOTICE: If you are an employee of the district, do not bring this item back into the district for use. The Technology Department will not provide support for it. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please arrange pickup at least 24 hours in advance. Condition is unknown.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
