2000 Case 580L Backhoe. SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS
-Tires are in good condition
- Both swing cylinders leaking
- Dipper cylinder leaking
- Rust hole in the front bucket as well as several of the sheet metal panels.
- Small oil leak from the oil pan area
NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about.
No warranties or guarantees. Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".
Removal and loading will be done at winning bidder's expense. There will be no removal assistance by Muscatine Power & Water.
Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM.
Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with Muscatine Power & Water employees at least 24 hours in advance. The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours.
If item is to be shipped, buyer must perform all shipping arrangements, including providing proper pick-up vehicle. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by Muscatine Power & Water.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
