This auction is for a fire proof Serious Security Safe. Dimensions of Safe - 27.25 inches long, 25 inches wide, 59 1/2 inches tall. Item comes with Key and the safe combination which has been tested and works. Item offered for sale may contain additional defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.
Inspection is by appointment only. ******WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS******** Item must be picked up at the Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Must give 24 hours notice before item is picked up.
****ITEM IS VERY HEAVY. WILL NEED HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT AND MULTIPLE PEOPLE ( 3 AT MINIMUM) TO MOVE IT FROM THE SECOND FLOOR OF OUR BUILDING*** Please bring multiple people and a large enough vehicle to haul items away. We can NOT provide help loading auction items.

Removal
REMOVAL: Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
