(For One Day Only), there will be an onsite meeting held on August 27th 2025 at 2:00pm est. You will be able to view each unit only at this time. This meeting will be the time for ALL QUESTIONS to be answered. The meeting site location is 11642 GA-142, Covington, GA 30014. (Next to Herc Rentals)
**NOTE** The winning bidder will have to have all nine (9) units removed from the property and site clean from debris no later than Tuesday, September 30, 2025. (This is the absolute deadline.)

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: · U. S. Currency · Certified Cashiers Check · Money Order · Confirmed Wire Transfer · Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: City of Covington.
Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify the location of the item and for instructions on pickup and removal. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
