Up for auction is a Thermo Revco Elite Series Ult Chest Freezer. Working condition unknown, untested.**NOT FOR FOOD***
**The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.
Arrangements can be made through a local packaging/shipping company. However, you must fill out a release form prior to us releasing items to a third party. If this form is not filled out, we will NOT release your items to a third party.
***ALL pickups MUST be by appointment, auction@utk.edu***

Inspection
Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. When you arrive, go into the office to be allowed entrance to the warehouse for viewing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Pick-up are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST, by appointment ONLY, by clicking APPOINTMENTS
or emailing auctions@utk.edu with the day and time you would like to pickup. **Except for University closings and Holidays.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.
