The City of Lilburn is auctioning this Polaris Ranger 400 H.O. ATV

Does not start or run

When key is turned on, fuel pump runs and gas leaks out near carb

When doing some testing, battery was strong but engine won't turn over - the engine might be seized up

During the last season this was driven , the operator reported transmission slipping

Was mainly used for pulling trailers loaded with equipment to maintain the Lilburn Greenway Trail
