Please note: there can holes in the exterior body from the removal of emergency equipment. Glue on dash board from emergency equipment, chips in the paint from emergency vehicle striping removal, wires hanging down from radio or glove box.

At this time, this auction is restricted to law enforcement agencies only.

This vehicle was removed from service as it was replaced by a new vehicle. The engine idles smooth and does not smoke. Transmission shifts into gears with no issue. The vehicle does need a new battery. No other mechanical issues have been observed or noticed at this time. No major body damage but does have some paint scratches. The hood paint is faded. Some vehicle decals do remain but can be removed. The interior is in moderate condition but do observe the pictures from normal wear and tear.

Police equipment included:
- Whelen Blue emergency warning lights; front, rear, sides
- Whelen siren system and control box
- Front siren speaker
- Kenwood radio system with mic and antenna
- Digital Ally in car camera system (no body mic)
- Unknown brand K9 electronic system that does appear to function normal (including exhaust fan)
- Rear K9 kennel
- Camera backup
- Equipment center console
- Front brush guard/pitt guard

Payment

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 working days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Under no circumstances will Lee County Commission assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
