We sold an identical generator earlier this month. This generator is sitting next to that one. Removal will need to take place AFTER the buyer of the other generator removes that one.

Condition of items: Used. Unknown hours however transfer switch shows 1,648 so we believe that may be the hours on the generator. Used as backup generator at hospital. Reason for sale: this hospital closed 4/15/25. Photos on this auction are of the actual item you will receive.

Any other information on these items? This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. Removal date will depend on when the city's buildings department can disconnect the gas/electrical lines. We sold an identical generator earlier this month. This generator is sitting next to that one. Removal will need to take place AFTER the buyer of the other generator removes that one. Seller will disconnect any hard-wired electrical and natural gas lines but buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. Located inside large garage door which opens up to parking lot. You will have to move generator about 30ft to door. See photos. The generator between this one and the door will be sold and removed prior to your arrival to pick this generator up. Bay door is 40inch above ground. You can pull a large truck/trailer up to that door without a problem. Buyer must submit removal plan prior to seller confirming pickup appointment.
