It will need a new battery. The tires are flat and may be dry rotted. Will be sold as is. We do not guarantee that this item will function upon pickup. PICKUP TERMS: Pickups are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 - 48 hours in advance. Schedule with Christian at christian.s.boler.naf@army.mil. Please make sure that pickup date and time is confirmed by coming. Unscheduled or unconfirmed pickup attempts may be denied. Pickups are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please be sure to arrive in enough time to pickup the item before 2:00 pm. We are closed on Federal Holidays. The buyer is responsible for removal of purchased property. The buyer is responsible for personnel and equipment needed to remove purchased items. The buyer is responsible for communicating pickup hours and terms with authorized third party pickup personnel.
