Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency/Cash, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer. We Do NOT accept PayPal or Credit Cards Checks shall be made payable to: SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406, Attn: Cashier MSC 6220 for K. Kempf . Removal

Contact from the successful bidder must be made within 5 business days or Seller will declare the bidder in DEFAULT. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
