Any vehicles purchased will not have a tag. A temporary tag may be purchased at the local Bedford County Clerk's office for a small fee.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate unless stated differently above. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM FROM THE PLACE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. We cannot provide loading assistance, boosts, or fuel.

A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

The City of Shelbyville requires the person listed on Buyers Certificate to be the person that picks up and signs for items purchased. Or their Power of Attorney for personal property. A photo i.d. will be required.
