The item is a 2012 Triumph by Ideal 4850 Paper Cutter. Below is the description I received from the department.
The 2012 Triumph Ideal 4850-95EP is an 18 7/8-inch, single-phase, programmable electric paper cutter with a 3-inch cutting height. Designed for high-volume cutting, it features an automatic clamp, a digital display with 99-program memory, and a comprehensive "SCS" safety package. This is a great, used, durable, high-accuracy, 3-inch thick stack cutting solution for a small shop.
Key Features & Specifications (2012 Model):
Cutting Capacity: 18 7/8 inch cutting width (475mm) and a 3-inch (76mm) cutting height.
Automation: Electric blade drive and automatic clamping for efficient, precise operation.
Programming: EP version features a 10-button keypad with digital display to store up to 99 programs, allowing for complex, repetitive cuts.
Safety Features (SCS): Patented safety drive, hinged transparent safety guards (front and rear), and electronic two-hand operation controls.
Back Gauge: Spindle-guided with a calibrated hand crank for manual fine-tuning, alongside a digital display.

The 2012 Triumph by Ideal 4850 Paper Cutter is being sold "as is, where is." MTSU does guarantee operability or functionality of this equipment.
It is the winning bidder's responsibility to provide all resources necessary to remove the equipment from MTSU Property. The item is located in the Printing
Services Building 1758 Greenland Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37132.
It is highly recommended that a visual inspection of this item be conducted before submission of a bid. An inspection can be scheduled by contacting the
aforementioned Kristy O'Neal.
If an MTSU department or other state entity makes a claim on this item, $5,000.00 FMV or Fair Market Value will be assessed and collected before transfer of
ownership can take place. This does not apply to the General public tier.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
