Sold as-is and can be inspected Monday thru Friday with appointment from 8am to 11am and 12pm to 3pm.
Buyer can pick-up item Monday thru Friday from 8am to 11am and 12pm to 3pm. You will need to call before arriving. Note: In cases where the buyer has a third party pick up an item. LCMCD requires written (either by email or signed note) authorization by the actual buyer that includes the name of the person or company that is picking up the item.

Payment

Removal
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
