    The $75 HOA is due every month. There is no back taxes or any liens of any kind.The owner own the building and the land, not 99 years lease. You can live there with no restrictions.My real estate agent from there will handle all the paperwork and transfer of ownership. 10/18/2025 18:39:40 PM

For the records a lot of people here place the bid but they don't complete the purchase ( and they got blocked by GovDeals).   • So here is the thing - this has been up for bid 3 times and each time there seems to be an issue with the high bidder - BUT - it cost 25 dollars each time you try to bid in fees or whatever. If 200 people have tried each time and then the HIGH bidder somehow flakes out - then you start it over BUT in the meantime - people who have tried all three time are out of 75 dollars. That could be $75 dollars * 597 (the 3 "high bidders" do not count) but that's 44,775 in fees alone - that's enough or 1/2 of the property cost - 2 more failed High bidders and you have the cost of the property in fees. Why not assure that if the high bidder does not get it - MOVE DOWN the line and take the next highest bidder and keep going down until you get the real highest bidder. This is looking like the high bidder is not bidding at all, but inflating the bids and who cares about burning a auction account when you have raised already over 40K in fees alone.     I really appreciate your interest but i am not sure where those numbers are coming from? We had 2 bidders in separate auction and they put a bid and never complete the purchase (according to them the bid by mistake). When you place a bid and don't complete the purchase you don't pay anything but you will be block by govdeals. So to eliminate bad bidders govdeals now they ask for 300$ deposit to place a bid. We decide to put a $300 deposit because we have people in the past who bid on this but they didn't move forward to complete transaction is was just waste of time and money.
