For audit and tracking purposes, effective immediately, any items claimed online must be delivered to UA departmental locations by Logistics personnel after a work order has been submitted. We can no longer allow items to be physically taken from the showroom without a work order.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENTER A WORK ORDER. All work orders for surplus claimed on the GovDeals Internal Department Tier will be submitted by Property and Inventory Management staff to have the item(s) delivered. If the item(s) need to be delivered to a different location than is listed on your profile email the updated delivery location to property@ua.edu, as soon as possible.
