Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal
PICKUP/REMOVAL: Pickup/Removal is Wednesday's from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please contact Kyle Hodge (704) 283-3631 e-mail kyle.hodge@unioncountync.gov to schedule PICKUP/REMOVAL. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
***Items left on Union County property over 30 days will be considered abandoned by the winning bidder and disposed of by Union County.***
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL UNION COUNTY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS AWARDED TO THEM. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS. ITEMS MAY BE RELEASED TO 3RD PARTIES WITH BUYER'S WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION AND A COPY OF THE BUYER'S PHOTO ID.
