Up for auction is an Impounded 2001 Ford Van.
Condition unknown, seized. This vehicle should be considered as scrap or for parts. Reported as running at time of seizure, however it has been sitting for awhile. No title is available, buyer will receive a Bill of Sale and copy of Final Order of Forfeiture at pickup. Surplus personnel do not inspect property, no maintenance records are available. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling requirements. NOT located at warehouse. No help is available, vehicle must be towed from lot.

Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX

Removal
PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOVALS: Appointments are required. You must e-mail auctions@utk.edu with a day and time to schedule an appointment for pickup. Appointments are required, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
Appointments for pickup are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. A signed Bill of Sale and copy of your ID must be received by Surplus prior to scheduling an appointment.
