Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal
REMOVAL OF PROPERTY IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8A-2P. BUYER MUST CALL ONCE THE SALE IS FINAL & BILL OF SALES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF UNIT & MUST BRING PROPER EQUIPMENT OR PERSONNEL TO SITE FOR REMOVAL. SELLER DOES NOT HAVE MANPOWER &/OR EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE TO ASSIST WITH REMOVAL.
IF THE BUYER CHOOSES TO USE A TRANSPORT COMPANY FOR REMOVAL, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING US A PREPAID LABEL FOR SHIPPING OF THE TITLE. THE TITLE WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Call the Administrative Assistant at 262-548-7824 to schedule pick up time. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
