Payment

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS

Removal

Buyers must pick up within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days, auctions may be canceled. If auction is canceled, bidder's GovDeals account will be locked. Bidder is responsible for all loading and removal. No loading assistance available. No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. If the lot is shown in large cardboard bins, bins are NOT included in the auction. Buyer may purchase bins. If you wish to buy the bins, please call 202-541-6017. If sending a shipping company, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
1: copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)
