Buyer will receive a "Buyer Certificate" in email. Buyer must bring that to pickup location.

If sending a 3rd party, 3rd party must have 3 documents: a copy of buyer's driver license, a signed note authorizing 3rd party to pickup on buyer's behalf, and the "Buyer Certificate."

By submitting a bid, the bidder hereby acknowledges that they agree to, and will abide by, the terms and conditions as described. Physical inspection of property is always recommended. Running condition not guaranteed. Police Department equipment, including decals, computer, lights, sirens, laptop stands, and radios will be removed prior to sale. Important note on this vehicle auction: Running condition is current as of when this vehicle was posted online. Running condition may change over time, so running condition is not guaranteed. Road-worthniess is not guaranteed. All sales are final. All vehicles must be towed from the lot. Buyer may NOT use dealer tags or temporary tags to drive vehicle away. The vehicle ad does not contain a comprehensive list of scratches, dents, and other issues. No comprehensive list of potential issues exists. Buyers are encouraged to inspect. No claims of misrepresentation will be honored from buyers who do not come to inspect. A BUYER CERTIFICATE will be issued via e-mail to the buyer. Buyer or agent must bring this form to pickup location. No drive-aways. Vehicle must be towed from lot by a licensed tow vehicle and licensed operator. Buyer may use tow truck, flatbed, car dolly, car trailer, or other LEGAL and LICENSED method of towing. Vehicles will not be released to buyers without proof of a legal method of towing.All vehicles remaining on seller's lot after payment or pick up deadline will be declared abandoned and resold.
