ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Property will be released only after payment has been received and confirmed in accordance with the auction terms.

The Seller will not ship the property unless shipping is expressly offered in the auction description. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for picking up and transporting the property.

The buyer must contact the Seller by email or telephone to schedule a pickup appointment. The Seller’s normal pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Pickup outside these hours requires the Seller’s prior written approval.

The buyer must remove all property included in the auction lot within 10 business days after issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with packing, loading, transporting, and removing the property, including providing any necessary labor, equipment, and materials.

The Seller reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $50.00 per calendar day for any auction lot not removed by the applicable deadline. Any storage fees must be paid in full before the property will be released.
