This is a 2008 Pierce Arrow XT Pumper with 147,641 miles and 13,065 hours on it, Job #19720. This unit has been part of the City of Moline Fleet since it was purchased new and was maintained to a high level of reliability. This vehicle was in running condition when it was retired in 2023 with intention to use as a reserve but the replacement arrived. The other known defects are: scratches and blemishes, some body dents, interior trim damage or defects, and rust damage on exterior. There may be other items of disrepair but these are the items that we are aware of.
Things to Note:
This unit was removed from service to due frame degradation due to significant corrosion. It has a strong Detroit Series 60 EGR single overhead cam (serial 06R0877666), TAK 4 front end, Allison transmission (serial 6610236434), 1500 GPM Waterous pump, and 4 brand new tires. All City fire equipment has been removed, but this truck still functions as intended.

the truck has a very rusty frame, which is why it was taken out of service. For us, a full-time municipal fire department, the frame was too much of a concern to continue operating in the necessary capacity. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
