How is the lot packaged? No packaging. Seller will disconnect any hard-wired electrical lines. Bidder is responsible for any other disconnects. Bidder must lift off pad and onto truck/trailer.

Any other information on these items? This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. The city's buildings department will disconnect the electrical lines. Buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. There is plenty of room to pull a truck and trailer and crane very close to the chiller. See photos. If you need the fence around it taken down, you must do that yourself.

Removal

This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. The city's buildings department will disconnect the electrical lines. Buyer is responsible for all other aspects of removal. Buyer must de-install. You can pull a large truck/trailer and crane near the unit however there is a fence around it. If you need the fence taken down, you will have to do that yourself. Buyer must submit removal plan prior to seller confirming pickup appointment.

The main gate to facility is locked. Buyers should enter the 13th street gate between the hospital and Arbor View apartments. Enter the gate on the Right and follow the OCP signs with Green arrow to the loading dock.

IF YOU HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PICK UP FOR YOU, THEY MUST BRING:

1: copy of buyer's photo ID

2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)

3: signed or emailed note from buyer giving representative permission to pick up.
