Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. When you arrive, go into the office to be allowed entrance to the warehouse for viewing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST(every 30 minutes), by appointment ONLY. Email us the day and time you would like to pickup with the name on your account, by emailing auction@utk.edu . **Except for University closings and Holidays.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Authorization of Release Form

All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
