Vehicle needs a new Power Control Module (PCM) and that part is on nationwide back order with unknown availability ETA. A new battery was installed on July 18, 2025, when it was thought that the battery was the thing having issues; however, vehicle will not start even with jumper cables due to the malfunction with the vehicle's computer (PCM). Further information on the diagnosis is detailed in an attachment that was provided by a local auto shop (See PDF File Attached Titled "Estimate Statement"). Vehicle has been regularly maintained during its lifetime and was used by our office as a shuttle to events and to drive to facilities when either a lot of cargo space was needed, or other options were not available. Must Tow or Haul From Location.

Has a stock AM/FM CD radio, AC (cold), dual air bags, cruise, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power windows, power door locks and power steering. Removed from service 10/3/25.
Has a clean title, title is not at the same location as van. Upon sell, buyer will receive an email asking for title information and title can be mailed.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION OR TO SCHEDULE INSPECTION - PLEASE CONTACT THE ASSET CONTACT, WHICH IS LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION SECTION. Must be Monday thru Friday during normal business hours to schedule (inspections or removal). Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times if indicated in the item description. (Keep in mind that items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so inspection will be Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours and not State Holidays).

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select "My Bids". Please follow the instructions there.
Removal
REMOVAL OF PROPERTY WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED WITH THE ASSET CONTACT LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION. Items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so removal has to be scheduled for Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours (not State Holidays). ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will State of Missouri - Agency for Surplus Property OR the Locations, assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
