**The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers.
**NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.

No, 1. It is unfair to other bidders if you know it works and they don't, 2. We are a warehouse, we do not have any place to plug it in, therefor it is untested, we do not know if it works or not, it was surplussed by different department and we were not told of its work-ability. 02/19/2026 14:04:44 PM

Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no appointment necessary.
