1997 Ford Explorer SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 4.0L V6 SOHC 12V.
THIS IS AN “AS IS SALE”.
This asset requires some maintenance to get it back running properly. It has been sitting for 2 or 3 years after it was removed from service but it was started now & then throughout the years it sat. The asset will need a jump box to start it.
LOADING & REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
We are unable to assist with loading the asset. Please come with help & proper loading equipment to remove the asset from the property.

EXTERIOR CONDITION
The color of the asset is WHITE with paint missing, minor scratches & dents. Some of the city decals are still on the asset.
The windshield is cracked.
The tires are in fair condition.
ENGINE CONDITION
The engine is in unknown condition but it will start with a jump. While idling the asset has a slight rattle & light smoke coming from the tail pipe.
Battery: the asset will need a new battery
A/C & Heat condition are unknown & will need to be repaired.
The asset has an automatic transmission in unknown condition.
INTERIOR CONDITION
The interior is blue cloth in poor condition. The roof, seats, dashboard, floorboards & doors will need to be repaired.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases not removed within 10 business days is subject to a $25 per day storage fee. The storage fee will be paid directly to the City of Meridian by check or cash. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Meridian assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
