The vehicle starts and runs, but it has a pretty noticeable ticking noise coming from the engine compartment. We got a diagnosis for repair for the ticking noise from our mechanic. Our mechanic found the following: Removed valve covers and inspected camshafts, lifters and rocker arms. Tech found right side bank intake camshaft has damaged lobes due to failing lifter, recommend replacing all lifters, rocker arms and bank 1 intake camshaft. Recommend replacing spark plugs while intake is off due to mileage and recommend injection flush with spark plugs.
Vehicle has 2 key fobs. It received 2 new rear tires on 3/17/26. Vehicle received oil changes every 3,000 miles and was last serviced at 70,450 miles.
