Payment must be posted to the GovDeals site before you can pick up your items.

Property must be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the close of the auction. Buildings are open Monday - Friday only, excluding holidays, and hours vary by location. If a bidder has not picked up by day 10 from the auction ending date, the lot will be considered ABANDONED and no refunds will be processed.

Please bring your photo ID or Buyer's Certificate to verify that you are the awarded buyer.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance or equipment will be provided. All property must be removed from the Pick Up Location indicated on the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Fort Zumwalt School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty: Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Consideration of Bid: Fort Zumwalt School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed without recourse.
