This listing includes used prisoner partitions previously installed in Dodge Charger patrol vehicles.
Each unit includes the main divider panel with window section and mounting frame.

All partitions are being sold together as one lot.

The partitions were removed from active patrol vehicles and have been stored indoors.
Units show typical wear from use, including scratches, scuffs, and minor dents.
Some may have partial hardware or rubber trim, but completeness and fitment are not guaranteed.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description. ITEMS MAY BE INSPECTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-3PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. INSPECTION MAY BE SCHEDULED WITH ADMINISTRATIVE LT. DWIGHT DUNCAN AT (270) 826-2713. INSPECTION IS ENCOURAGED OF ALL ITEMS SOLD BY THE HENDERSON COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal


ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
