•Arrangements to view a modular building may be made by contacting the Purchasing Dept at purchasing@bossierschools.org

•Please refer to the attached picture(s) for building specifications. Any handicapped ramps, stairs, AC units, etc attached to a building are considered a part of the building.

•Portable buildings cannot be dismantled or modified in any way on site; buildings must be removed in their ‘as
is’ condition.

•Unless other arrangements have been made, portable building must be removed within 30 days of auction
closing.

•Winning bidder must obtain a licensed and insured third party mover to move any building. Third party mover
must provide proof of workers compensation and a certificate of insurance with CGL of one million dollars
naming Bossier Parish School Board. Any person moving a modular building must do so in accordance with local/state/federal laws.

•A private individual cannot perform the move of any portable building unless they meet the license, permitting, and insurance requirements.

•Winning bidder shall contact the Purchasing department to schedule removal of building. Utilities will be disconnected by Bossier Parish School Board.

•BPSB is not responsible for any costs associated with removal and moving of building.
