Removal Instructions: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The location of the items will be disclosed when the appointment is set up. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Scheduled pickup dates must be on the following dates:10/21/25-10/23/25, 10/28/25-10/29/25, 11/12/25 -11/13/25. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
