The vehicle may be inspected at The City of Rochester Hill's Department of Public Services Building located at 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. up until the day of Auction’s closing. Please check in at the desk upon arrival Inspection: It is strongly recommended that all interested parties inspect the vehicle thoroughly before an offer to purchase is submitted. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. No test drives available.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. All vehicles will be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The items must be loaded without City staff assistance.

NOTE: A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price. LIABILITY: All items are sold “as is” and “where is” without warranty either expressed or implied (meaning the condition and the location is final and you are offering to purchase the item based on its current condition and location). The City may withdraw an item at any time from the auction. The City of Rochester Hills assumes no liability for inaccurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any descriptive material pertaining to the auctioned equipment.
