Inspection

Our vehicles may be inspected Monday - Tuesday between 8am - 2pm. Please contact our account manager at 717-224-3020 or aroundtheclockservices3240@gmail.com to schedule an inspection for appointment and location details.

We have multiple locations, the listed vehicle may not be at our office location.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

If you are not a dealer all vehicles must be towed away not driven away. If you are a dealer you can drive away your car. Dealer tag and insurance must match buyer certification documents. So make sure you bring the necessary documentation with you or you will be turned away and could risk forfeiture of your vehicle if it sits longer than the allowed days.

If you want to bid on a car but can’t inspect it. No big deal. Call a local mechanic near our address and then have them call us at 302-841-3154 or 717-224-3020 and we will let them inspect the car for you.

Please submit to get your own car fax. Make sure you know what you are buying, it’s very important you don’t cheat yourself or beat yourself buying something we know nothing about.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this lot/item, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email contact listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

You cannot work on the vehicle on our impound lot. You can only do battery changes. And change tires if you bring them. No other mechanical task can be performed.

We cannot provide you with any assistance with tools, jump boxes, and any other assistance. You must bring what you need here to be prepared for the removal of your own vehicle.

These are police-impounded vehicles sold as is where is in unknown mechanical condition.

There may be cosmetic damage. The vehicle may need repairs. We only test vehicles to see if they will start and move in forward and reverse.

Please don’t ask us mechanical questions; we cannot give you any opinion or legal advice concerning this vehicle or any others.

We do provide towing. If you would like to use our services. You must schedule the towing after you are the winning bidder. We also require a waiver of liability form generated by our agency signed and notarized and mailed to us if you want us to tow this car to the nearest mechanic shop for you so you can have things fixed if need be and serviced. We will also need you to fill out a release form if you would like the vehicle taken to and delivered to someone other than you.

If you are a car dealer. You must show proof you are upon picking up a drive-away vehicle. You will need insurance information along with dealer plates to drive Away.

If you are not a dealer you must have some type of tow equipment to remove with the car.

ANY VEHICLE NOT PICKED UP BY THE 10th BUSINESS DAY, AND YOU STILL PLAN ON PICKING UP- ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEE OF $50.00 PER DAY WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE WE WILL RELEASE THE VEHICLE.
