Inspection

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION OR TO SCHEDULE INSPECTION - PLEASE CONTACT THE ASSET CONTACT, WHICH IS LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION SECTION. Must be Monday thru Friday during normal business hours to schedule (inspections or removal). Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times if indicated in the item description. (Keep in mind that items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so inspection will be Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours and not State Holidays).

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select "My Bids". Please follow the instructions there.

Removal

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED WITH THE ASSET CONTACT LISTED IN THE SELLER INFORMATION. Items are located at a State Office/Warehouse, so removal has to be scheduled for Monday thru Friday during that Office's hours (not State Holidays). ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will State of Missouri - Agency for Surplus Property OR the Locations, assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. If after the award, the Buyer breaches the contract by failure to pay for or remove, the Buyer shall lose all right, title and interest which they may otherwise have acquired in and to such property as to which a default has occurred.
