The septic tank was placed in front of hitch and must be pulled to the right to trailer on tow truck. There is also an adjacent patio at the door that the agency will remove if needed or donated as scrap to the bidder if desired. Must transport off property when dry due to the wet soil. Must pull hitch to the right to attach to truck. Will work with the bidder for the best time to transport. This is on Toledo Bend Joint Operation Property and is guarded special site security. Electricity, water and sewer must first be disconnected by Agency. Electricity first and agency can then disconnect water and sewer. Agency can assist only by maneuvering to stay in dry areas.

• No assistance or equipment is available onsite. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor needed for loading, transportation, and removal. On-site repairs and/or removal of parts will not be allowed under any circumstances.

• Payment of items is due FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Removal is due TEN (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate or one will be in default of the auction terms, and one's account will be locked.

• Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.
