This vehicle is being sold strictly for scrap, salvage, or parts. It is completely non-operational, does not start, and cannot be driven under any circumstances. It is not roadworthy and will require towing or flatbed transport for removal from the premises. The engine and transmission are in questionable condition and have not been tested for functionality. The battery is in poor condition and is most likely non-functional. The condition of the braking system is unknown and has not been inspected. While the exhaust system appears to be in fair condition, it has also not been tested. The air conditioning system is present, but its working condition is unverified. No mechanical components or systems in this vehicle have been inspected or confirmed to function properly.

The exterior of the vehicle is in rough shape. The body has visible damage, including dents, surface rust, and areas of potential structural concern. The vehicle has been coated with a layer of non-automotive white paint, further contributing to its poor cosmetic appearance. The tires are in fair condition and appear to hold air, but they have not been evaluated for roadworthiness or safety. Some of the vehicle's glass may be chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged. The lights, including daytime running lights and fog lights, are present but their functionality is unknown. Additional exterior features such as the roof rack, running boards, and towing package are included but have not been tested for usability or condition.

The interior is also in very poor condition. The seats are in fair condition, carpet, and interior trim are heavily worn, stained, and may be torn or damaged. The dashboard and control panels may have missing or broken components, and there may be damage to internal electrical systems. Several comfort and convenience features such as power windows, power door locks, power seats, cruise control, tilt steering, and keyless entry are present, but none have been tested for functionality. The vehicle is also equipped with a CD player and Bluetooth system, although their working condition is unknown. Safety features such as airbags are installed in the vehicle, but they have not been inspected, and no guarantees are made regarding their deployment status or or reliability.



Buyer MUST be 18 or older and MUST have a VALID U.S driver’s license to purchase or pickup anything from
West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property.

All vehicles MUST be TOWED / HAULED off the property or it is required to have a ONE-WAY PERMIT or registration for the vehicle before the vehicle is removed from the property. Once the buyer is given the title, every day after that if it is not picked up it is a $25 storage fee.
