Payment

If you are the winning bidder, follow these steps to complete your payment:

- Submit payment within five (5) business days of the auction’s closing date.
- If your invoice is $5,000 or more, payment must be made via wire transfer—credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are not accepted for these transactions

Please Note:
Sales tax will be applied based on the customer's address which is not included in the sale price.
- A $367 documentation fee will be charged to all customers.
- An additional $50 temporary permit fee applies to customers who reside outside of Illinois.
- For Illinois residents, title, registration, plates, and the documentation fee will be collected at the time of purchase.
- Customers from reciprocal states will be charged applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption is provided.
- If you are claiming a sales tax exemption, you must complete and submit the appropriate Liquidity Services tax exemption form(s).
- We strongly recommend submitting your exemption documentation before the auction closes or before making payment.

Removal
REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up and removal, including packing, loading, transportation, and exporting. Shipping services are not provided by the seller.
Item should be preferably shipped. If you are sending a third-party driver or transport company for pickup, you must send an Authorization Letter in advance authorizing them to act on your behalf.
Important: No items are allowed to be driven away from the lot. All vehicles and equipment must be towed or transported via trailer. Driving the vehicle off-site is strictly prohibited, regardless of its condition.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked up or removed within 10 business days of the auction closing, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Items not removed within this timeframe may be considered abandoned.
At the time of removal, you must present:
- A copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or Bill of Sale
- A valid driver’s license
- If applicable, a completed Authorization of Release form: Authorization Form PDF
