Machine serviced twice a year. In full working condition.
Surplus item. Normal wear & tear.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID AND REMOVED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME/DATE OF ISSUANCE OF BUYER'S CERTIFICATE / AUCTION END DATE.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Property removal is by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Removal of property is available ONLY Monday - Friday 9am-3pm ET, excluding Federal holidays. Please contact CHFD Logistics via email at logistics@chfd.org to schedule removal.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by the specified removal date. Seller also reserves the right to retain the payment collected for the item(s) which buyer fails to remove by the specified removal date.

Special Instructions
Description Warranty: The CHFD warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If the CHFD confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the CHFD will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
