The vehicle may be inspected at The City of Rochester Hill's Department of Public Services Building located at 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. up until the day of Auction’s closing. Please check in at the desk upon arrival Inspection: It is strongly recommended that all interested parties inspect the vehicle thoroughly before an offer to purchase is submitted. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. No test drives available.

NOTE: A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price. LIABILITY: All items are sold “as is” and “where is” without warranty either expressed or implied (meaning the condition and the location is final and you are offering to purchase the item based on its current condition and location). The City may withdraw an item at any time from the auction.
