Payment
Payment must include the winning bid, applicable taxes, and any Buyer’s Premium. Items will not be released until full payment is received.
Note:
1. Payment is due within Five (5) business days of auction closure.
2. All invoices require payment directly to GovDeals via credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal
Property may be removed on Wednesdays from 9 am-2 pm. Please be sure to schedule an appointment.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any/all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The City of College Park employees and/or staff may assist but under no circumstances will assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping of property.

Special Instructions
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller’s terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, or Postal Money Order only.
Guaranty Waiver: All property offered by the City of College Park for sale are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' and makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal to the nearest roadway to the property, all sales are final!
Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Release Disclosure: Your item(s) should be removed within fourteen (14) business days from the issuance of your Buyer’s Certificate. Item(s) will not be released until payment notification has been received specifying the sale information.
